The Royal AJ1 suspension light was designed by Arne Jacobsen exclusively for the Snack Bar at the SAS Hotel Royal in Copenhagen. Considered Jacobsen's most accomplished work these lights played a major part in the interior decoration of the iconic hotel. The Royal AJ1 is a very simple lamp: four pieces forming a cube around the bulb, but this simplicity just may be what makes the Royal AJ1 a lasting design item. Available in five different finishes - Transparent, White, Frosted, Smoked and Cognac.
